Chris Howell, Jason Parker, and Chase Thomas - Construction Managers

As field managers, Chris Howell, Jason Parker, and Chase Thomas supervise and coordinate the construction process and daily activities to ensure that the projects get completed on time and within budget. They also bring much ability in the area of cost estimation, site evaluation, problem solving, and resourcefulness. Other responsibilities include design coordination, permitting, calculating amounts and purchasing materials, construction scheduling, as well as, subcontractor bidding, negotiation and supervision. On a daily basis, they monitor construction in-progress and completed work and schedule the appropriate testing and building department inspections for all phases of construction. Chris, Jason, and Chase possess a broad knowledge of construction, building code, and project management and bring a fresh approach and enthusiasm to each job site.
